These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use” or “Terms”) apply to the Tailored Travelers  located at www.tailoredtravelers.com, www.tailoredtravelers.ca and all associated sites linked to www.tailoredtravelers.com by Tailored Travelers affiliated with Nexion Canada ULC, Nexion Travel Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Tailored Travelers sites around the world (collectively, the “Tailored Travelers Sites”). Tailored Travelers are the property of Tailored Travel Co, Tailored Travelers affiliated with Nexion Canada ULC and its licensors. BY USING TAILORED TRAVELERS SITES AND/OR PURCHASING FROM US, YOU ENGAGE IN OUR “SERVICE” AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR USE ANY OF OUR SERVICES.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use Tailored Travelers Sites. You may not use Tailored Travelers Sites, our Content, or our products and Services for any purpose that is illegal, prohibited or unauthorized by these Terms or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity which violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Tailored Travelers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Tailored Travelers Sites following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Tailored Travelers grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Tailored Travelers Sites. Any new features or tools which are added to our Tailored Travelers Sites shall also be subject to these Terms of Use. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time on this page.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
content; limitation on use
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Tailored Travelers Sites are owned, controlled or licensed by or to Tailored Travelers, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Tailored Travelers Sites and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Tailored Travelers express prior written consent.
The Content on the Tailored Travelers Sites, such as prices, and the infrastructure used to provide such Content, are proprietary to Internova or its suppliers and providers. You may use information on Internova products and services purposely made available by Internova for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
In addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you agree not to: (i) access, monitor, train or copy any Content from the Tailored Travelers Sites using artificial intelligence, robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose; (ii) violate the restrictions in robot exclusion headers on the Tailored Travelers Sites or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Tailored Travelers Sites; (iii) take any action that, in Tailored Travelers sole discretion, imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on the Tailored Travelers Sites; or (iv) deep-link to any portion of the Tailored Travelers Sites (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services).
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Tailored Travelers Sites or any network connected to the Tailored Travelers Sites, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Tailored Travelers Sites or any network connected to the Tailored Travelers Sites. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Tailored Travelers Sites, or any other customer of Tailored Travelers , to its source, or exploit the Tailored Travelers Sites or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Tailored Travelers Sites, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Tailored Travelers Sites.
You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Tailored Travelers Site or Tailored Travelers systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Tailored Travelers Sites or to Tailored Travelers .
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Tailored Travelers Sites or any transaction being conducted on the Tailored Travelers Sites, or with any other person’s use of the Tailored Travelers Sites.
You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Tailored Travelers on or through the Tailored Travelers Sites or any service offered on or through the Tailored Travelers Sites. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

Online Products or Services
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the Tailored Travelers Sites. These products or Services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Refund Policy 
For all travel bookings please be sure to read all terms and conditions included with your travel orders as refunds are subject to the supplier or travel consolidators terms. If you need more information please contact your travel agent for a detailed copy.

The return policy (“Return Policy”) applies only to Tailored Travelers online product items. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@TailoredTravelers com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for paying the full return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at: hello@TailoredTravelers.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any digital product (such as a digital file, eBooks, music files, Zip files, PDF’s or any item that can be downloaded), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Product Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@TailoredTravelers.com

limitation of liability; no representations
We expressly disclaim all liability for the use, reliability, or specific features of the Tailored Travelers Sites, or the Content or interpretation of Content contained in the Tailored Travelers Sites. If you use or make decisions based on information contained on Tailored Travelers Sites, you do so at your own risk. In exchange for using the Tailored Travelers Sites, you agree to hold us and our subsidiaries or affiliated companies harmless against any claims for damages arising from any decisions that you make based on such information or any use that the visitor makes on such information contained on the Tailored Travelers Sites. While we have tried to provide accurate and timely information, the Tailored Travelers Sites may contain inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. We do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the Tailored Travelers Sites are accurate, complete or current.
INFORMATION ON THE Tailored Travelers SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE Tailored Travelers SITES, NOR SHALL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO Tailored Travelers SITES’ RECORDS, PROGRAMS, OR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS (US $5.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE AIRLINES, HOTELS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS WHOSE TRAVEL OR OTHER SERVICES ARE OFFERED ON THIS SITE ARE INDEPENDENT ADVISORS, NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF Tailored Travelers . Tailored Travelers TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS,Tailored Travelers DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT SUCH TRAVEL IS WITHOUT RISK.

pricing
The Price and availability of all travel and other services offered on the Tailored Travelers Sites are subject to change without notice, as any pricing and availability is dependent on the pricing and availability provided by our third-party travel suppliers. Tax on hotel and car transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that Tailored Travelers pays to suppliers in connection with your travel arrangements. Taxes vary by location and type of service provided. Tailored Travelers is not a co-vendor and is not the entity that collects and remits taxes to the tax authorities.
As described above, the information on the Tailored Travelers Sites may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice and that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product or a service description, pricing and availability.

The Tailored Travelers Sites may contain links to websites and servers maintained by other persons or organizations. These links are provided as a service to users and are not sponsored by or affiliated with us. Information you submit at a third-party website accessible from any Tailored Travelers Sites are subject to the terms of that website’s privacy policy, and we have no control over how your information is collected, used, or otherwise handled. We do not provide any warranty about the accuracy or source of information found on any of these third-party websites or servers, or the content of any file the user might choose to download from these third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, Content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please carefully review the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

privacy Policy
Tailored Travelers Privacy Policy applies to use of the Tailored Travelers Sites, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. by using the Tailored Travelers Sites, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Tailored Travelers Site’s may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

miscellaneous
These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Tailored Travelers regarding the use of any Tailored Travelers Sites and are a binding agreement accepted by you upon your use of any of the Tailored Travelers Sites. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario
